Additional band dari Philippines for this show: They are veteran Bulacan-based hardcore band TSA, featuring Ojie Arcega and Bimboi San Pedro, drummer and guitar player, respectively, who also plays for Throw (a band featuring ex-Dead Ends!).
Also features RAT showing a video on stenciling!
we sang about unity..we sang about why we should fight the system..and we sang about the ideas of hc/punk itself..but we ended up congregating with an issue that is so damn lame to discuss.it’s true that the byline between egoism and self political agenda do exist in our scene.competing to be the most HC or the most punk among ourselves.whats the matter with bands with talents or not?its hc/punk man.who give a damn with how great you play in a set or how difficult the chords you are using or where did you learn to play guitars or whatsoever.it just being true to yourself.maybe my perception towards hc/punk is totally wrong through this years,i thought that this is the sort of way for me to not conform with what societies offered.but yeah,sometimes people do mistakes.ha3.
im not trying to be part of a scene that only talks about who’s “the most” among..i should realised then that hc/punk is all about competition and hide behind the walls when conflicting and full of back-bitching..wow..great man!Full of conflicts! 😛

Talent?For me,no one born with it.It is an effort that took years of file down that includes hard work,diligence and experience.
even jim morrison works hard to get the talent everyone is talking about.
Is talent being the issue here?I think not.It is becoming such a nonsense to see us,talking shit behind each other and arguing about something that is first started due to others personal conflict.These are questions that i always asked myself why..
why do they choose internet to solve personal conflicts?Why do they let the whole world hears about their problems?Do they feel proud after humiliating their counterparts?
I hate individual who acquire respect from others but never hands back his respect just because he know hc/punk better than me or have been in the scene long since 97 or whatever.even it does,it never put you into becoming somewhat, a god or a “abang long” who never writes wrong and cant be criticized.is it a wrong thing to question or speak out opinion?
People just love to jump into a conclusion if being congregated!
it sucks real bad!i should realized the fact that,the year is 2007 and people is started to love to hate and hate to love!
But the main thing that really annoys me aside of the thing above is the so-called message board hero,who are well known for their expertise in hiding behind the walls,and adding spices into a hot curry.oh,well,even how hard we try to piss on them,they are better in pissing us off.we will never shut them off.they are everywhere and they cant be stopped.A place to find funny people and a new way of having fun and making fun!
well people,thats the real picture of malaysian hc/punk scene and yes,i love each minute of the drama in it! 🙂

it’s funny to think that all these started with a negative review in a fanzine. u can’t expect to have positive review all the time man. and it’s not even a negative review on this guys who started it, but a review on second combat’s cd. hey, the editor have their own right to right his view. but i do think, the rm16 for that cd is okay, and nothing to shout aloud about.
and to me personally, the cd has nothing to be put down about. it’s an awesome release in my book.
but if the editor chosen to give a little negative comment, then it’s his fucking right. a lot of kids got negative review in zines, but they don’t ‘melenting/melatah’ about it. n u huzaiba, like u said, u’ve been in the scene since 1997. and u can’t handle a negative review on your freinds’ band’s release? cammon…
10 years is a long time to learn such things. this is hc/punk not mangga/urtv scene.
