By September 19th, 2006, there are supposed to be 4 million smiling faces of Singaporeans as part of a mural to welcome the summit of the IMF (International Monetary Foundation) and World Bank. There are those among us who would not like to welcome such institutions with smiles – and here is how we can do it!

as one of those “arrested” i would like to state that no arrests were made. also, bloggers and the internet media have also blown this whole thing out of proportion.
the authorities see nothing wrong in 400frowns.
we are not victims of this “police state”.
things should be put into proper perspective.
