these things been sitting in a big bag for weeks!
details below:

7″s

ANATOMI-71: Hej Kom Och Hj?§lp Mig 7″ EP – RM20
The follow up their excellent split w/ Radioskugga, Anatomi-71 delivers another 8 tracks of raw heavy crust described as Anatomi-71’s best recording so far; featuring new drummer, keeping it tighter and with a more aggressive beat – similar to the early fury of ACURSED & SKITSYSTEM with a definite Swedish approach.

DARK AGES: Vicious Lie 7″EP – RM 25
“Vital pissed off hardcore with top notch lyrics. The songs are short and each one gets better as the record goes along. Not setting any speed records, but the riffs and songwriting show some growth and raise the intensity level greatly from the first EP. A new force to be reckoned with in the Midwest” ‚Äì Short Fast & Loud #22
“Finally, one of the most underrated hardcore bands grace us with their debut proper EP (their previous 7″ was just their demo pressed to vinyl). God, words can’t explain how much I love this band… they have that sort of dark sense of melody that you get from old midwest bands like Mecht Mensch or early Husker Du, but what really makes this stand out is the creative guitar playing, which definitely has more than a small ring of early Die Kreuzen in it. Seriously, this is one of my favorite hardcore records of 2009… get it, I promise you won’t be disappointed!” – Sorry State Records

DIRECT CONTROL: Direct Control 7″ Re-Press – RM25
“Finally a domestic US pressing of the now classic debut EP by Richmond’s one and only DIRECT CONTROL! Originally released in Europe on KANGAROO RECORDS in 2004, this first vinyl release from the band blazes through six tracks of killer early 80’s influenced hardcore. Taking queues from the meaner side of that era (bands like THE FIX, CIA, POISON IDEA, etc), this EP captures the attitude and essence of those classic bands almost perfectly with a combination of biting, sarcastic, and spiteful lyrics overtop a non-stop barrage of fast hardcore insanity. DIRECT CONTROL could probably take a lot of the credit (or blame) for the recent resurgence of no-bs, no-frills fast 80s influenced hardcore and this EP clearly shows why. If for some reason you weren’t able to get your hands on the original European pressing of this release, now you have no excuse. This record is essential.” – Tankcrimes
American re-press of the now classic 2004 debut from this Richmond, Virginia retro-80s American Hardcore favourites.

END OF ALL: Places 7″ EP – RM20
Swedish metallic-crust/D-Beat tinged with melody. Three new songs in the same vein as early VICTIMS & WOLFBRIGADE.

FUNERAL SHOCK: III 7″ EP – RM25
West Bay hardcore punks Funeral Shock blaze through three songs of early-’80s styled tunes with ex-members of Spazz and Capitalist Casualties playing music akin to bands like Negative FX and Black Flag.
“Slow-to-arrive follow-up to an excellent 12‚Äù from a few years back, but here’s some more Funeral Shock (now with new vocalist Negative Tom barking up front) and they’re as good as I remember them, maybe a bit better. Really forceful, melodic passages walk in the tradition of early Black Flag, peppered with plenty of hardcore framing (metallic intros, etc.) and some pretty memorable lyrics and choruses. Fucking rips!” – Dusted Magazine

PROTESTERA: Gr?§nsl??sa Land 7″ – RM20
The EP tells the story of Dawit Isaak, a Swede-Eritrean journalist, author and playwriter. He came to Sweden as refugee 1987 and got Swedish citizenship 1992. In September 2001, he and other journalists where arrested for demanding democratic reforms in Eritrea. Without a fair trial, he has now served more than 1,518 days in prison. Despite the fact that Dawit Isaak is a swedish citizen, the swedish government has done nothing to try to set him free.
Swedish anarcho-crust with dual female/male vocalists serving up powerful punk with an angry but tuneful political edge. Comes with a 16-paged CD-booklet with the lyrics and info on Dawit.

RHYTHM SYNDROM: Cobwebs from the Empty Skull 7″ EP – RM25
“Rhythm Syndrom play snotty, angst ridden Hardcore with awesome, spiteful vocals and interesting guitar parts that deviate from the usual 3 chord thrash. Fans of stuff like Angry Samoans and Necros take note.” – allinvinyl

=================================
SCHOOL JERKS: Decline 7″ EP – RM25
“The 2nd EP from these Toronto punks. A little bit looser than the 1st EP on Riff Raff which came out a little while back, this record is def more punk, more raw and def more snotty. Members from Deranged Record Terminal State for the uninformed (and those who care about such hoopla). Sound wise is total Jealous Again era Black Flag meets Inside My Brain era Angry Samoans which are excellent starting points to compare this to. I can only say if you like really snotty and hard hitting punk rock you can’t go wrong with this.” – interpunk

SOUTHSIDE STRANGLERS: Too Much TV 7″ EP – RM25
“Featuring Kenny from GOVERNMENT WARNING on vocals, Brandon from, uh,
every band in Richmond (GW, Direct Control, you know the list …),
on guitar, and some other bad dudes holding the rhythm down, “TOO MUCH
TV” is their first (of hopefully many more) vinyl offering, and it is
definitely one infectious slab of wax. This six song EP serves up some
ferocious rock and roll, drawing heavy influences from 70’s punk and
the rock and roll swagger of 60’s garage bands; it’s raw enough to keep
you on your toes and catchy enough to hook you after one listen.” – garagepunk

VIOLENT ARREST: Criminal Record 2×7″ – RM35
Their previous bands were all legendary in the UK and it seems like this relatively new band is also heading that way! VIOLENT ARREST features 2 guys from HERESY & the singer of RIPCORD; so if you’re from the early days of UKHC, you’ll be hearing HERESY being fronted by RIPCORD’s singer. Imagine that! Raging early Boston HC sound as always.
“This is the kind of hardcore I love. Going all the way back to D.R.I.’s 1981 Dirty Rotten EP/LP to now, no one has really improved on the sound, but there have been no shortage of bands who love to belt out this kind of honest, fast thrashin’ punk and hardcore. Violent Arrest have been doing this for a long time and it shows, with a tightness to the playing that a lot of hardcore bands don’t have. Good stuff indeed.” – Jason Deadthyme

V/A: Welcome to the Golden State 7″ EP – RM25
This comp features some of the California DIY scene’s best and brightest bands circa 2008, with tracks coming from bands like ECOLI, FUNERAL SHOCK, BROKEN NEEDLE, THE TIMEBOMBS, CRITICAL PICNIC, VIDEO DISEASE, CRAWLSPACE, VALOIDS & SOCIAL SICKNESS.
“Killer (and relatively comprehensive!) compilation of 80s HC-inspired sounds coming out of California. Contains exclusive tracks from Video Disease, The Timebombs, Broken Needle, Ecoli, Funeral Shock, Critical Picnic, Crawlspace, Social Sickness and Valoids. Surprisingly diverse and powerful, this reminds me a lot of the first We Got Power compilation.” – sorrystate

V/A: Welcome to the Golden State Vol. #2 7″ EP – RM25
The second Cowabunga Records 7″ compilation; this time featuring DRY ROT, WACO FUCK, BLACK TRIANGLES, CRUCIAL CAUSE, MIGRAINE & THE IMPOSTERS.
This 7″ comp compiles two tracks each from some of California’s most vile underground hardcore punk bands like Dry Rot, Waco Fuck, Migraine, Imposters, Crucial Cause and Black Triangles. All songs are exclusive to this record.
Quirky weird hardcore from MIGRANE and DRY ROT, East Coast flavored hardcore punk from CRUCIAL CAUSE, abrasive hardcore from WACO FUCK, nice catchy but hit and run hardcore punk from the BLACK TRIANGLES and a melodic skate punk tune from the beach’s IMPOSTERS.

VIDEO DISEASE: Make Me Pure 7″ – RM25
The second and last single from this now defunct Californian thrashy combo.
“2nd EP by these out of control SoCal hardcore maniacs. You probably heard their demo tape on Sorry State and their debut EP on Square Wave, so you know that this band is a total ripper. What you might not know is that this is their best stuff yet… just dense, spastic, everything-is-fucked hardcore… talk about a bleak world view, this has it.” sorry state

VILE NATION: No Exit 7″ EP – RM25
“EXCELLENT record! Debut EP from Memphis’ TN own Vile Nation. Very mean and ugly fast thrash hardcore with a heavy dose of punk. One can’t listen to this and not hear the 1st 7” era of D.R.I and Negative FX and bands of that same time frame and caliber being channeled here. Chris just spews the words out mean and fast and the band keeps up. The guitar player from Life Trap also plays in this band, but honestly DON’T buy it for that reason, this band kicks a ton of ass without that bit of know how. Words can’t describe how utterly amazing this record is, its just great great great!” – cowabunga
