Napalm Death – Southeast Asia Tour 2011

Somebody suggested NAPALM DEATH is now the new MICHAEL LEARNS TO ROCK; a sly swipe at the grindcore veterans numerous visits to this region, just like the constant appearances of the Danish poop-rock band. Not to be seen ungrateful, I went to their second visit a few years ago but I found the lack of the old two-pronged guitar attack of yesteryears a huge let-down. Yeah, Jesse’s dead and he was kicked out way before hand too, but why not get another guitarist then?

Anyway, this will be the third time ND visit Bolehland; this time straight after an appearance at a South Korean Metal Fest. ND’s run through the region is gonna be really short; daily shows for four days non-stop, before heading off for a couple of shows in Eastern Europe.

By the way, a new album is being recorded as we speak. No rest for the wikked!
