Pure Minds Records: Comadre’s new album – out soon!

Fresh from the label’s limited edition Total Fucking Destruction cassette release, Pure Minds Records is now busy pressing Comadre’s new album (A Wolf Ticket) which is gonna be out very soon.

Here’s a review of the last album: “It is refreshing to hear a band that sounds as if they were plucked from the post-hardcore glory days of the mid 90‚Äôs but that doesn‚Äôt take themselves too seriously. In a day and age where it seems like so many hardcore and emo bands put fashion and style ahead of music, Comadre‚Äôs Burn Your Bones is essentially a fun dance-along record.

Now don‚Äôt misinterpret my words because Comadre‚Äôs music is is in your face hardcore, but there are discernible song structures and (at times) melody and/or breakdowns. The guitars screech and shred, the rhythm section pummels away, and the vocalist rips his throat to shreds.
